This page explains what information we collect through gfbestsource.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only, not the separate platforms where our shows are published.

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the content of your message. When you start a live chat we receive the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which is used for security and reliability.
• Third party embed data. Pages that show embedded players, maps, or feeds can pass your IP address and device information to those providers when the embed loads.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information.

• To answer questions, quote rates, and schedule studio bookings.
• To follow up about a booking, advertising, or an appearance on a show.
• To keep the site secure, working, and free of abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We keep contact form messages and chat transcripts only as long as needed for the conversation and our business records. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

We use the following providers. Each has its own privacy policy that applies when its content loads or when your information reaches it.

• Web3Forms, delivers contact form submissions to our email.
• Chatway, powers the live chat widget.
• Podbean, hosts and plays our podcast episodes.
• Twitch, provides the live stream player.
• Facebook (Meta), provides the page feed embed.
• Google Maps, provides the studio location map.
• PayPal, processes donations if you choose to give.

Links and embeds from these services are not controlled by us. Review their policies to understand how they handle your data.

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. This site uses two categories.

• Strictly necessary. We store your cookie choice in your browser so the notice does not reappear on every page. This is required for the site to respect your preference and cannot be turned off.
• Third party embeds and chat. The Podbean player, Twitch player, Facebook feed, Google Maps view, and Chatway live chat can set their own cookies or similar identifiers. These load only after you select "Accept all" in the cookie notice, or press the load button on an individual embed.

We do not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this page and the cookie notice first.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as payment card or government identification numbers through the contact form or chat.

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it was last modified. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
